I didn’t do this for fun, but because I code every day and needed to know which one best matched my expectations. Here’s my take: Cursor • Ultra clean interface, immediate adoption, super easy to use • Multi-agents: delegate multiple tasks in parallel • Very practical debug option • Ability to see the site visually locally directly in Cursor (no need to open your browser)

  • Price too high if you code every day Anti-gravity • Good for projects from scratch • Possibility to test for free (I can’t find the exact number of credits, but I tested it 3-4 days coding every day without hitting the limit) • Sometimes unstable on certain configs • No access to the best current model (Opus 4.6) → Normal since it’s Google but annoying for output quality • Fewer plugins/extensions than VS Code or other established IDEs Claude Code • Insane reasoning on complex problems • Excellent understanding of project context • Speed +++ (especially with Opus 4.6) • Unbeatable features (Skills, MCP, plugins, etc.) (honestly I don’t see any -, except perhaps the VS Code setup which can be slightly complicated if you’re a beginner ++) My personal verdict: go with Claude Code every day with the $20 subscription initially, then $90 (what I currently have). Curious if anyone else has tried all three? Did I miss something obvious with any of them? submitted by /u/Ordinary_Leg5105
