With anthropics absurdly low usage limits, and hearing people talk about how much usage they get out of the 20$ codex plan, is it possible to compare the two? I’m talking specifically about the 100$ Claude plan vs the 20$ codex plan. I’m currently on Claude pro (20$) and I reach the usage limits very fast, one detailed prompt in planning mode + execution uses about 60% of my session limit. I used to be subscribed to ChatGPT plus and I genuinely never hit the limit even after using it for hours on end, although back then I wasn’t using codex and I was working mostly on big writing/research projects. I’m considering the 100$ Claude max plan, and I wouldn’t go for the 200$ ChatGPT plus plan as that’s honestly too expensive for me. So, I’m considering paying for the 100$ Claude max plan but I’m genuinely not sure if that will get me more coding usage than the 20$ codex plan + both are apparently on par in terms of coding performance right now. submitted by /u/Alone-Vanilla8747
