Been doing video production for years and pre production always ate time… storyboarding concepts, creating mood boards, getting client buy in before committing to expensive shoots. Used to spend days putting together visual references just to communicate what we were going for. Now I use ai image creator tools to generate concept frames showing clients exactly what final video could look like before we shoot anything. 30 minute session generating options replaces full day of hunting through stock sites and mood boards trying to find images that approximate my vision. Clients love it because they see something close to final result early instead of trying to imagine what “cinematic warm tones with shallow depth of field” actually means. Not replacing actual video production but completely transformed how we plan and pitch. Using mix of midjourney and freepik depending on whether I need something more artistic or more commercial looking. submitted by /u/TemporaryHoney8571
