I personally struggle to take initiative in conversations. Some people are great at telling stories, and starting a conversation. I am good at listening and building on that conversation, but I struggle to take initiative. Usually when I try, people look a bit uncertain and there is often an awkward pause after I bring something in submitted by /u/Tehkillerbear
