I have been wondering if AI takes a similar path to something like the .com bubble. Right now its all the hype, companies are spending unsustainably and there is alot of circular funding happening. So my question is fo you think this system will collapse soon, the hype dies down and spending goes down. Then AI slowly develops over the next 20 years until it eventually actually takes over the world. Or will it keep booming and take over in the next 5 years? Any thoughts? submitted by /u/No-Start9143
