I can honestly say that the probability of AI’s killing people seems to be 100%. Maybe not on some crazy coordinated global scale etc. But absolutely at a minimum on individual basis. Think about any time an agent is working on X task, hallucinates, and due to some brief little logical hiccup deletes an entire directory or does some version of the right task in absolutely the wrongest possible place or at the wrong target. It’s crazy easy to imagine all kinds of things having random hiccups like this. And the scale to which it can happen is really only limited to the scale at which we are willing to blindly integrate these systems. IDK though for the day. submitted by /u/Signal_Ad657
