I don’t know what everything is talking about the comparisons, i have codex subscription and max plan in claude code and i use the two together but whenever i need to do big task its always has been opus for me and 4.6 works really well for me. I had a big refactoring task and tried it on codex 5.3 and opus 4.6 simultaneously today the results were definitely much better with opus. I get that it’s expensive and you probably will get more for your money with codex but regardless of the money for me opus is way more superior. submitted by /u/Business-Fox310
