After yesterday’s update, Claude Code doesn’t ask any question but simply thinks I didn’t answer or just approved everything. Internally, it doesn’t seem to emit a control request at all, making AskUserQuestions and ExitPlanMode tool a no-op. Anyone experiencing this issue besides me? submitted by /u/trustin
