I was off this past week. Extra PTO given out and I was assigned this week so it was just a free week with nothing to do. I did some extra work on my own time that netted me $5k over approx. 10-12 hours work spread out over the week. I continued my running mileage progression hitting my highest mileage week in years including my single best effort 7 mile run in a long time. I took my family to brunch at the country club one day, and to a nice seafood dinner another. I end the week feeling very unsatisfied. Like I should have done more. But I know my mind needs a break from doing work bc I have a busy 10-14 days coming up, and my body needs a break from running because overuse injuries are why it has taken me years to work back up to the level I am currently at. What if anything could I do to feel like I was more productive? Does anyone else feel like no matter how much they do it’s never enough? submitted by /u/Existing_Finish4620
