Hi! F/21 here! And I’ve been asked out on a couple dates lately but I’ve never actually been on one 😭 I want to go on one this weekend with a guy I met through a friend, M/21, BUT IM SCARED OUT OF MY MIND!! I know through my friend and through conversations with him that he’s had plenty of girlfriends or situationships before and I’ve still never had my first kiss. Heck, I’ve technically never held hands with someone romantically before ;-; Any advice from other woman that have been through something similar? Any late first date experiences? I also don’t want to scare him but I’m pretty sure I’d want to take things pretty slow just cause I’m scared of anything physical rn, especially scared I could mess up. Do I say that? Do I even make it know how inexperienced I am? (feels like a bad idea but idek why) We’d just prob go to a brewery we talked abt when we met. Anyway, just curious if any other ladies have had a first date late in life, what they did to calm nerves, make it easier, etc. Should I even go if I’m this scared??
