Wasn’t sure where to post this so I’d figure this was the best place. My dad rarely talks about his emotions for some reason, which is bizarre to me as a woman. I’ve noticed my friends dad’s can be like this too, and from my experience it’s like they only express happiness and anger. So is this a phenomenon amongst most dads or just a coincidental pattern? Having children I thought would be good to express your emotions when they’re finally older and mature enough to understand, but my dad just never got to that point. Let me know if anyone else has any similar experiences too. Thank you! submitted by /u/Catgo07
