Hey guys, I bought a slightly used car. Now it is the time to go for my first Service. The car is still under guarantee. I would like to save some money if possible. Since the car is under guarantee, I would need to go to a Citroen authorized service? Correct? And that has to be in Switzerland? Or could I also go to Germany where it would be probably cheaper? I read that generally they tend to overcharge for all kind of liquids like Adblue, windshield fluid etc and charging whatever they want for oil. Can I tell them not to add those liquids as I can easily add myself and provide myself the oils? I agree that they should have a fair profit, and charge what is appropriate for their work, but charging 5 times extra for the Oils I can easily find in Amazon or Autodoc feels pure exploitation.
