Hoping someone here could help. So a little over a year ago I bought a High chair for my baby. I hate the chair, it’s uncomfy to my baby, a piece of it broke and the wood is all chipped. After few months of using it, it looked like I have used it for decades. The E-Mail which I used in the order has been blocked so I can‘t log in to see the purchase confirmation and warranty. I wrote to the company explaining my Issue hoping they would forward the Mails I need. Instead, they informed me that the company has been bought up and that I meed to write to the new company E-Mail instead. So I did just that. But then that new E-Mail told me that since I bought the chair before the company has been bought up, I need to write to the old E-Mail. So then I told them to please decide amongst themselves because I‘m nit going to write a mio. Email back and forth. Fast forward four months later I still didn’t get any response so I wrote them another E-Mail explaining the whole issue again and how I haven’t gotten a reply in 4 months.I asked them for the last time to resolve the issue and until 28. february (mail was written 9feb). I send that to both E-Mails, old and new. The new E-mail replied that they forwarded it to the old E-Mail because it’s their matter since the item was bought before the company was bought up. The other E-Mail hasn’t replied. I was going to ask Käuferschutz for help but I just saw that you need to be subscribe them. Do you really? Or can they help anyway but I need to pay? And how much?
