Hi everyone im a student at the university of neuchatel. Im currently doing my masters in work and organizational psychology, and i currently need to find a large pool of participants in order to validate a project (group master thesis that precedes the individual thesis) which is essential to be to finish this course. The aim of this research is focused around work characteristics, behaviours and wellbeing. There is a pre selection screen to verify that you are eligeble for the study: -between 18-65 -working actively -not a student or entrepeneur If you fill all the criteria the link, the first part of the study will be sent to your email, the reason for it to be sent by mail, is so that the university professor responsible for supervising the data, can send you a follow up email in 2 weeks to complete the second study. The study will take around 20 minutes and is mostly comprised or multiple choice questions, the second survey will take around 15 minutes being a bit shorter.
