I was recently the victim of a Paypal scam on Facebook marketplace and they managed to take 200+ chf off of me, my friend has somehow tracked the vague IP address of the person responsible and I was wondering if it would be worth trying to report to police, the scammer has given messaged me off of 2 different phone numbers and given me a few separate emails so I believe that could be used to track them further, however I am not knowledgeable on this stuff so I’m not sure if that is possible, is this something I can report to police as a minor theft? submitted by /u/RedditorOfTheYear06
