Hi everyone, I rent an apartment in Geneva through a régie. My sibling (non-EU) has just been admitted to a university in Switzerland and will be moving in with me. She is applying for her residence permit, and the OCPM has requested Form AL: Attestation du logeur – Entrée sous-locataire. I also checked my rental contract and it doesn’t clearly say whether I must inform the régie in this situation. If anyone has experience with or is familiar with this process, could you please advise Should I notify the régie when a family member moves in?
