I’ve been trying to get myself into a consistent routine lately. Right now I manage to hit the gym about twice a week, but honestly it’s been tough to stay motivated. Some days I just can’t get myself to go. I’d love to hear what long-term training has done for you. Whether it’s physical changes, mental health improvements, better habits, anything.
