Hi, We’re (my family) are looking to buy a flat to rent as an investment and backup. The financing should not be a problem, we have about 60% in cash and steady income. It won’t be fancy and should be with three or four rooms. Is there anybody here that has recently done this and can share experience with talking to banks, budgeting and finding a tenant? We do not plan to live there since we may move and are doing this since we saved for a house but this is not happening for mentioned reason. submitted by /u/Responsible_Win9149
