Hi everyone, I’m reaching out here in case someone from Meta or anyone familiar with their internal processes can offer some guidance. My Instagram business account (under Instagram) was suddenly disabled and it shows an “integrity” ban. The reason mentions impersonation, but I have never impersonated anyone. It’s my own business account, with original content and legitimate services. This account is very important to my work, and I haven’t received any clear explanation beyond the generic policy message. I’ve already tried the in-app appeal process, but I’m stuck in automated responses. Has anyone here: • Experienced a similar “integrity” disable? • Successfully escalated a case internally? • Worked in trust & safety at Meta and can share how these reviews actually work? I’m not asking anyone to break rules — just trying to understand what could trigger this and whether there’s a proper channel to get a human review. Any advice would really mean a lot. Thank you 💛 submitted by /u/Bacared21
