We’re using CC in GCC High, so perhaps this is a configuration issue specific to our environment… but I’ve been working on adding a local MCP server to the mix, and have found that the “mcpServers” settings are ONLY being recognized in c:\users[username].claude\settings.json - in any other scope, the settings are ignored.
