Claude makes fixing things so easy that bugs often don’t leave a deep enough impression on the human operators for them to manually spot patterns that span multiple coding sessions / worktrees. Every week, spin up a cron/GitHub action to look at all the PRs in the last week to identify the latent errors behind the fixes that merged, and build appropriate guardrails
