Yeah I had the same experience, Claude was good for the first two months or so but then “something happened” and suddenly, my 5-hour allowance would be spent within a quarter of an hour. Repeatedly.
Then I bought Minimax and literally cannot spend more than 35% of my allowance before it renews. I was concerned about quality, but Minimax is using the same memory files as Claude so it was literally a drop-in replacement. This, at a fraction of the cost, even.
Only thing is, when my Claude sub runs out (within days) I can apparently no longer use their CLI app, but I’m looking into how to make OpenCode (I think the name was?) accept Minimax back-end. Still figuring things out, so no solution yet.
